Vitamin C Price-Fix Suit Loses 2 Defendants Before Jury Ruling

Law360, New York (March 13, 2013, 5:24 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge said Wednesday that China Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. and its vitamin C production unit have bowed out of an antitrust trial alleging Chinese manufacturers fixed prices and limited supply of the nutrient to U.S. purchasers, just hours before the case was sent to a jury.
