Accenture Urges Judge To Toss Whistleblower Suit

Law360, New York (December 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Technology services company Accenture LLP has called on a federal court to dismiss a lawsuit alleging a conspiracy to secure government contracts with kickbacks, arguing the employee making the claims was not protected under U.S. whistleblower laws.
