EEOC Reloads In Long-Running Cintas Sex Bias Battle

Law360, New York (March 13, 2013, 6:59 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed an amended complaint Wednesday accusing Cintas Corp. of discriminating against a class of female job applicants in Michigan, the latest development in a case revived by a Sixth Circuit ruling that struck down a $2.6 million award to Cintas.
