Union Pacific Wants AIG, Argo To Foot Train Crash Settlement

Law360, New York (March 13, 2013, 6:41 PM EDT) -- Union Pacific Railroad Co. sued AIG Inc., an Argo Group carrier and a contractor Wednesday in a fight for coverage under primary and excess policies for a hefty settlement reached just before trial with victims of a deadly collision involving Union's train.
