AMR Seeks Ch. 11 Extension To Finish $11B American Deal

Law360, New York (March 14, 2013, 2:20 PM EDT) -- AMR Corp. on Wednesday sought the final possible extension of its deadline to file a Chapter 11 plan before competing plans can be filed, saying it needs more time to implement the $11 billion merger of its American Airlines Inc. with US Airways Group Inc.
