Fed. Court Can't Hear Baker Botts IP Malpractice Suit: Axcess

Law360, New York (March 14, 2013, 5:10 PM EDT) -- Axcess International Inc. on Thursday fired back at Baker Botts LLP in its patent malpractice suit, accusing the firm of spewing irrelevant hyperbole, but also agreed that the Texas federal court lacked jurisdiction to hear the case following the U.S. Supreme Court's Gunn decision.
