C.R. Bard Ducks FCA Suit Over Catheter Kickbacks

Law360, New York (March 14, 2013, 9:15 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Thursday tossed a False Claims Act suit accusing C.R. Bard Inc. of falsely winning regulatory approval of unsafe catheters and paying kickbacks to doctors that resulted in Medicare and Medicaid being overbilled, but gave the relator leave to amend his complaint.
