Personal Injury Firm Can't Arbitrate Fee Row: Texas Court

Law360, Dallas (March 14, 2013, 7:45 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court found Thursday that Kennedy Hodges LLP had waived its right to compel arbitration in a contingency fee dispute because the personal injury law firm had already litigated the battle with the attorney who wound up handling the underlying suit.
