Former DA Avoids Indictment Over Breathalyzer Jury Probe

Law360, Houston (March 14, 2013, 7:10 PM EDT) -- A Texas grand jury on Thursday declined to indict former Harris County District Attorney Pat Lykos, who had been accused of using public resources to conduct background checks on another grand jury assigned to review the Houston Police Department’s breath-alcohol testing program.
