Texas Admin Hearing Agency Floats Updated Evidence Rules

Law360, Dallas (March 15, 2013, 7:23 PM EDT) -- Contested administrative hearings in Texas could get a slight facelift under new rules proposed Friday by the State Office of Administrative Hearings that would allow judges to grant summary disposition without an evidentiary merits hearing and to add new filing deadlines.
