Two NuvaRing Cases Remanded To State Court

Law360, New York (December 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has remanded two product liability suits over Organon International Inc.'s contraceptive device NuvaRing to state court, handing a victory to the plaintiffs.

In a pair of decisions issued Wednesday, Judge Stanley Chesler of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey remanded the cases to Essex County Superior Court for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
