A New Roadmap For Northern Calif. E-Discovery

Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 11:52 AM EDT) -- The new e-discovery guidelines issued by the Northern District of California require that parties consider the proportionality factors set forth in Rule 26 and expressly incorporate these factors into their discovery plans to address the cost and burden associated with discovery of electronically stored information (ESI).
