Insurer Off Hook For $20M Verdict In Car Wash Contract Suit

Law360, New York (March 18, 2013, 2:40 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Friday said Empire Indemnity Insurance Co. doesn’t have to cover any part of a $20 million jury verdict in a suit accusing a policyholder of breaching a car wash equipment contract.
