Penn State Insurer Seeks Sanctions In Sandusky Venue Fight

Law360, New York (March 18, 2013, 3:58 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Association Insurance Co. urged a state court Thursday to sanction Pennsylvania State University for launching duplicate litigation and wasting court resources by again attempting to transfer to Centre County a coverage dispute for an underlying suit from the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.
