Samsung Faces $29M Royalty Demand In Photo Patent Trial

Law360, Dallas (March 29, 2013, 7:29 PM EDT) -- Technology licensing company Summit 6 LLC on Friday told a Texas federal jury that Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. should fork over $29 million in royalties on cellphones that allegedly use its patented photo uploading technology.
