AT&T Seeks High Court Review Of Arbitration Dispute

Law360, New York (December 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- AT&T Inc. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to knock down a federal appeals court’s decision that allowed a union to compel arbitration of a dispute over a new job performance evaluation system at the phone company’s subsidiary.
