Securities Class Action Settlements Hit 14-Year Low In 2012

Law360, Los Angeles (March 19, 2013, 11:57 PM EDT) -- The 53 court-approved securities class action settlements reported in 2012 represent a 14-year low, which may be in part due to the relatively low number of securities class actions filed in 2009 and 2010, according to a report released Wednesday.
