Law360, Los Angeles (March 19, 2013, 4:58 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Tuesday refused to reinstate the retaliation claims of a high school basketball coach, saying she hadn’t proved that a Michigan school district retaliated against her for winning a lawsuit forcing it to install her as head coach of a varsity boys basketball team.
