Prime Healthcare Says It Was Muscled Out Of Hospital Deals

Law360, New York (March 19, 2013, 8:44 PM EDT) -- Prime Healthcare Services Inc. filed suit in a New Jersey court last week against a hospital owner that the company says stifled competition by waging an orchestrated campaign to prevent it from acquiring hospitals in New Jersey and Rhode Island.
