NYC Gears Up For Free-Speech Fight With Big Tobacco

Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 7:21 PM EDT) -- The village of Haverstraw, N.Y., raised the white flag quickly last year after tobacco interests brought a free-speech challenge against its law requiring retailers to store cigarettes out of sight, but experts say New York City, which is now considering a similar move, won't be such a pushover.
