'Bring Your Own Device' Can Trump Privacy Risks, EEOC Says

Law360, New York (March 19, 2013, 9:45 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission official on Tuesday backed the adoption of policies that allow employees to use their own devices for work purposes, saying that companies can minimize liability by limiting their access to corporate data and being clear with employees about their plans.
