Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 12:58 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a lower court's decision to deny Sam Adams brewer Boston Beer Corp.'s motion to amend tortious interference counterclaims against a rival beermaker and its private equity backer over an alleged breach of a brewing contract.
