EEOC Harassment Suit Unfounded, CRST Says In $6M Fee Bid

Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 4:42 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission had no reasonable basis for sweeping sexual harassment claims it made against CRST Van Expedited Inc., the company told an Iowa federal judge Monday, arguing that the agency should pay for $5.5 million in fees and expenses CRST incurred in a case seen as a black eye for the EEOC.
