Law360, Dallas (April 17, 2013, 8:01 PM EDT) -- A Texas judge on Wednesday denied a Royal Bank of Canada unit’s bid to dump a $21.5 million jury verdict on an argument the case was time-barred but agreed to limit prejudgment interest in the 12-year-old securities dispute with Highland Capital Management LP to about $6.5 million.
