Milk Price-Fixing Suit Falls Flat, Dean Foods Tells 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 5:40 PM EDT) -- Dean Foods Co. and others on Tuesday urged the Sixth Circuit to uphold the dismissal of a putative class action alleging price-fixing by milk suppliers, processors and marketers, arguing the district court correctly found that the direct-purchaser plaintiffs failed to establish any antitrust injury.
