5th Circ. Sides With La. Monks In Casket Cartel Action

Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 7:57 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Wednesday ruled that a group of Benedictine monks may sell their line of caskets from a monastery outside of New Orleans, finding there is no rational basis for a state law requiring intrastate casket sales to be performed by licensed funeral directors.
