Viking Gets Defective Appliance Class Decertified

Law360, New York (March 21, 2013, 3:33 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Mississippi on Wednesday decertified a class of plaintiffs who accuse Viking Range Corp. of making slipshod appliances, finding the group of products being labeled defective was overly broad and could not be shoehorned into a single case.
