Slim-Fast Mark Infringed By Rival, Unilever Alleges

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 2:40 PM EDT) -- Anglo-Dutch consumer goods conglomerate Unilever NV and a Michigan company have squared off in Michigan and New York federal courts over whether Unilever's "Slim-Fast" trademark for diet drinks and bars precludes the use of a "Slimful" mark on a rival line of diet foods.
