Judge Closes Book On CBS Race Bias Suit

Law360 (December 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal court in Philadelphia has thrown out a Title VII case against CBS Radio in which the plaintiff, a former account executive, alleged that he was subjected to a hostile work environment because of the distribution of a book giving advice on how to dress to succeed in a professional setting.
