McKenna Hit With Malpractice Suit Over Paternity Row Conflict

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 5:41 PM EDT) -- McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP was hit with a malpractice suit Thursday by an attorney accusing it of representing her in a paternity dispute with the CEO of Internet firm Inc., even though its representation of CalPop in a fraud case against the CEO posed a conflict of interest.
