BP Cries Foul Over Delayed Halliburton Cement Samples

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 7:09 PM EDT) -- BP PLC on Thursday asked the federal judge overseeing the Deepwater Horizon oil spill multidistrict litigation to issue sanctions against well cement contractor Halliburton Co., arguing that the company has withheld critical cement samples that could have been used in court.
