Whistleblower Blew Wrong Whistle, NJ Appeals Court Says

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 5:24 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Friday ruled that a nurse who says he was fired for blowing the whistle over improper patient care at a nursing facility failed to prove his case because he relied on a professional code of ethics that doesn’t apply to the facility.
