NYC Council Debates Paid Sick Leave Legislation

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 2:21 PM EDT) -- A bill to give more New York City workers paid sick leave, and the right to sue if denied such leave, opens a Pandora's box for lawsuits, business groups said Friday, as advocates of the measure said it would protect workers from disease that spreads when colleagues are forced to work while sick.
