MassDOT Calls Enviro Suit Over Light Rail Project Invalid

Law360, New York (March 25, 2013, 1:31 PM EDT) -- The Massachusetts Department of Transportation urged a federal judge Thursday to throw out a citizens group's environmental challenge to a light rail extension in the Boston suburbs, arguing that the plaintiffs failed to show that they will be harmed by the project.
