Law360, New York (March 27, 2013, 9:21 PM EDT) -- Following oral arguments this week, the Eleventh Circuit is set to decide whether to send more than 1,700 Engle progeny lawsuits against tobacco companies to Florida state court, potentially putting a huge slice of the litigation on turf more favorable to the plaintiffs.
