Doc Testimony Over Discontinuing NuvaRing Axed From MDL

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 5:48 PM EDT) -- A Missouri judge on Friday rejected a doctor's testimony arguing the contraceptive NuvaRing should be pulled from the market, but refused to exclude future testimony to that effect in the sprawling product liability multidistrict litigation against a Merck & Co. Inc. subsidiary.
