Texas Panel Urged To Greenlight Energy Commission Reforms

Law360, Houston (March 27, 2013, 10:50 PM EDT) -- A Texas lawmaker on Wednesday asked a state House panel to approve legislation limiting the window for campaign contributions to the state’s regulator of oil and gas development, an effort to increase transparency and eliminate perceived industry influence over the regulator's elected leaders.
