Judge Slaps Adelphia's Wrist In Discovery Spat

Law360, New York (December 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- After failing to comply with a court order to hand over various documents, the Adelphia Recovery Trust has been hit with sanctions in an adversary proceeding stemming from the telecommunications provider's collapse.

On Friday, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Cecelia Morris granted Prestige Communications' motion for sanctions, ordering the Adelphia Recovery Trust to pay the defendant's attorneys' fees with the amount owed to be determined at a later date.
