11th Circ. Won't Revive Fla. Strip Club Zoning Fight

Law360, New York (March 25, 2013, 1:48 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Friday refused to revive a lawsuit challenging a zoning law that allows adult-entertainment permits issued by North Bay Village, Fla., to lapse within two years of approval, saying there's no proof the rule will discourage developers from starting such businesses.
