Shareholders Fight Bid To Dismiss Part Of Apotex Suit

Law360, New York (December 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The plaintiffs in a securities lawsuit accusing Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and two former officers of deceiving investors with its controversial patent deal with Apotex Corp. are fighting an effort to toss part of the suit.

In a motion filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, counsel for the plaintiffs said they had adequately stated their case against former chief executive officer Peter Dolan.
