IDT Flouted $2.5M Termination Deal, Ex-Exec Says

Law360, New York (March 26, 2013, 8:59 PM EDT) -- A former senior management executive with IDT Corp. has sued the telecommunications company in New Jersey for allegedly failing to make good on a $2.5 million agreement that was supposed to quell wrongful termination allegations.

In a March 13 complaint in Essex County Superior Court, Yoav Krill accuses Newark, N.J.-based IDT and its chairman and CEO, Howard Jonas, of breach of contract, fraud and unjust enrichment for allegedly agreeing to pay that amount over four years when they had no intention of doing so.
