Law360, New York (March 25, 2013, 3:46 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Monday asked New York's highest court to weigh in on whether a medical clinic can be sued for an employee's unforseeable conduct, as it considers the privacy suit of a man who says a nurse disclosed his sexually transmitted disease to her co-workers and to his girlfriend.
