11th Circ. Rehearing Sought In Nielsen Monopoly Suit

Law360, New York (March 26, 2013, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A Florida TV station operator urged the Eleventh Circuit on Friday to rehear a lawsuit alleging Nielsen Media Research Inc. has abused its monopoly over the ratings market, saying the court incorrectly required it to show that Nielsen has blocked competitors.
