Ameron Knew Of Energy Project's Corrosion, AIG Unit Says

Law360, Los Angeles (March 25, 2013, 8:14 PM EDT) -- An American Insurance Group Inc. unit asked a California federal judge Monday to dismiss Ameron International Corp.'s suit seeking coverage in a suit over the corrosion of a $1.4 billion natural gas project, saying Ameron executives hid that they knew of damaged facilities before applying for insurance.
