9th Circ. To Rehear Mill Worker's $9.4M Mesothelioma Case

Law360, New York (March 26, 2013, 3:03 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday said it will rehear the case of a retired Washington state paper mill employee with mesothelioma who received and lost a $9.4 million award for his injuries after the appeals court vacated the amount.
