KKR-Backed Japanese Temp Firm Valued At $720M In Sale

LP is selling Intelligence Holdings Ltd. to one of Japan's biggest temporary employment agencies in a deal worth 68 billion yen ($720 million), ending a three-year partnership that fueled a five-fold jump in the human resources firm's profits, KKR said Tuesday.
