Pa. High Court To Weigh Generic Zoning Designations

Law360, Philadelphia (March 26, 2013, 4:42 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court agreed Monday to hear an appeal over whether the state's Municipal Planning Code allows developers to give buildings generic designations when putting forth preliminary development plans, thus circumventing the requirement of public input on projects.
