Robbins Geller May Face Sanctions As Boeing Case Tossed

Law360, New York (March 26, 2013, 10:38 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit upheld the dismissal of a shareholder class action against Boeing over alleged misleading statements during the Dreamliner aircraft's development, while asking a district court trial judge to decide whether lawyers for Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP should be punished for their conduct during the case.
