NJ Pol Can't Recoup Fees In Tossed Corruption Case: 3rd Circ.

Law360, New York (March 27, 2013, 9:33 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Tuesday ruled that a former New Jersey assemblyman who was tried twice on corruption and bribery charges, both times unsuccessfully, cannot be reimbursed for his legal fees because he failed to prove the cases against him were frivolous.
