Dial Can't Wash Away Antibacterial Soap Marketing MDL

Law360, New York (March 26, 2013, 7:06 PM EDT) -- The Dial Corp. on Tuesday failed to erase multidistrict litigation claims that it falsely advertised the antibacterial strength of its Dial Complete hand soap when a New Hampshire federal judge found the plaintiffs had sufficiently claimed Dial’s wash was not necessarily more effective than plain soap and water.
